Result of Further Capacity Check Test. ‌ (i) If the Further Capacity Check Test shows that the Test Capacity was less than one hundred percent (100%) of the Monthly Contract Capacity, then the Capacity Reduction Factor for purposes of Exhibit J shall be reduced as set out below, effective on the date of the Capacity Confirmation in relation to the Further Capacity Check Test. (ii) The Capacity Reduction Factor shall be an amount equal to a fraction, the numerator of which is the greater of the Test Capacities resulting from the Capacity Check Test and the Further Capacity Check Test, and the denominator of which is one hundred percent (100%) of the Monthly Contract Capacity applicable to the Capacity Check Test or Further Capacity Check Test, as applicable.
