Retail Price Sample Clauses
The Retail Price clause defines the standard selling price of a product or service to end consumers. It typically specifies how the retail price is determined, whether it is set by the manufacturer, supplier, or retailer, and may outline any restrictions on discounting or promotional pricing. This clause ensures consistency in pricing across different sales channels and helps prevent undercutting or price wars, thereby protecting brand value and maintaining fair competition.
