Retention of documents and files. 8.1. BDO shall keep all documents and files related to the Assignment for the period stipulated by the Law. 8.2. Unless instructed otherwise in writing by the Client, BDO is entitled to destroy these documents and files after this period has expired without notifying the Client thereof.
