Reticle Holds. FoundryCo agrees to retain reticles for Products for at least [****] months following the last applicable Product delivery for the applicable reticle. At the end of such [****] month period, upon agreement by the parties, FoundryCo may return such reticles to AMD at AMD’s expense if no applicable Product has been forecasted by AMD.
