Retired Employees Fund. Provisions of the Retired Employees Fund shall be as provided in Article XIV of the I.A.T.S.E. and M.P.T.A.A.C. Basic Agreement of 2021. "On call" weekly contributions shall be based upon a fifty-six (56) hour week (sixty (60) hour week effective July 10, 2022).
Retired Employees Fund. Effective the first Sunday following the business day on which the Company receives notice of ratification, the Company shall make contributions to the Retired Employees Fund as provided in the 2021 AMPTP/839 Agreement, including On Call hours.
