Retouching. The normal agreed daily rate includes basic and reasonable (explained to Client on request) post- processing of digital files prior to sending to the Client. If the Client requests additional post-processing work the Client will be charged at the rate quoted and agreed for any such additional work.

If the Client is not present, the Photographer’s interpretation shall be deemed acceptable.

Any images or copies of images whether stored digitally or otherwise and any computer program including any source or object code, computer files or printed documentation relating to such images are protected by the Copyright and Design Act 1988. It is contrary to the Act to copy or allow to be copied photographically/electronically or by any other means an image created as part of this contract without the permission of The Photographer/s in writing. It is a Copyright Infringement to crop or edit, including the removal of the watermarked logo or copyright marking from any images used on any website, social media site, or any other public display medium.

All prints and reorders shall be treated as an extension of this contract and no responsibility for error will be accepted unless orders are given in writing. The copyright Designs and Patents Acts assign the copyright of the images to the photographer. Retouching. All the images shall be fully edited this includes color correction, white balance, and other minor adjustments where Xxxx Xxxxxx sees fit. Certain images will be turned black & white. For further adjustments that require extra time not allotted, extra payment may be required. No adjustments to the images will be allowed by the Client unless written permissions are given by Roya Xxx Xxxxxx PHOTOGRAPHY. Images may not be sold or published without the written consent of Roya Xxx Xxxxxx. Xxxx Xxx Xxxxxx PHOTOGRAPHY will retain copyright on all images as well as exclusive rights as explained in section 8. Upon releasing the high-resolution images to the client, Roya Xxx Xxxxxx PHOTOGRAPHY is released of all liability for archiving the photographs. If the Client misplaces or loses the images and requests a replacement from Roya Xxx Xxxxxx PHOTOGRAPHY, the Client will be responsible for paying any archiving and replacement fees to be determined on a case-by-case basis. If anyone from the wedding or bridal party would like to buy high-resolution photographs the fee will be determined at the time of contact.
