Retroactive Pay and Benefits. All rates of pay and benefits of this Agreement shall be applied retroactively to their respective dates as provided in this Agreement. Former employees of the Employer who are entitled to pay and benefits described above shall receive them, providing they leave a forwarding address for this purpose. Retroactive pay shall be received by employees no later than ninety (90) calendar days after the signing of this agreement.

Retroactive Pay and Benefits. Upon ratification, only those eligible individuals currently employed by Antrim County and on the payroll at the time of ratification shall be covered by the Agreement.
