Common use of Retroactive Wages Clause in Contracts

Retroactive Wages. 46:01 Retroactive pay adjustments to April 1, 2018, upon the date of signing of this Agreement, shall apply and be paid to employees within thirty (30) days who are in the employ of the Employer on the date of signing if so required.

Retroactive Wages. 46:01 37:01 Retroactive pay adjustments to April August 1, 20182021, upon the date of signing ratification of this Agreement, shall apply and be paid to employees within thirty (30) days who are in the employ of the Employer on the date of signing if so required.

Retroactive Wages. 46:01 43:01 Retroactive pay adjustments to April 1adjustments, 2018where/if applicable, upon the date of signing of this Agreement, Agreement shall apply and be paid to employees within thirty (30) days who are in the employ of the Employer on the date of signing if so requiredof this Agreement and, upon written request within sixty (60) days of ratification, to employees who have voluntarily resigned or retired from the employ of the Employer during the above mentioned period.
