Common use of Retroactive Wages Clause in Contracts

Retroactive Wages. 60:01 Retroactive pay adjustments for the period between the expiration of the previous Agreement and the date of signing this Agreement shall apply to: (a) employees who are in the employ of the Manitoba Housing Authority on the date of signing of this Agreement; (b) employees who have left the Authority during the above-mentioned period but who have retired in accordance with the provisions of The Civil Service Superannuation Act or who have died during their employment; (c) employees who have left the Authority during the above-mentioned period by reason of being laid-off by the Authority; (d) term employees terminated at the end of a specific term of employment or after the completion of the specific job for which they were employed. 60:02 Retroactive pay adjustments for the period between the expiration of the previous Agreement and the date of signing of this Agreement shall be made to employees who have voluntarily terminated their services (resigned).

Retroactive Wages. 60:01 10:01 Retroactive pay adjustments for the period between the expiration of the previous Agreement and the date ratification of signing this Agreement shall apply to: (a) employees Employees who are in the employ of the Travel Manitoba Housing Authority on the date of signing of this Agreement;of (b) employees Employees who have left the Authority Travel Manitoba during the above-above mentioned period but who have retired in accordance with the provisions of The Civil Service Superannuation Act or who have died during their employmentin service; (c) employees Employees who have left the Authority Travel Manitoba during the above-above mentioned period by reason of being laid-off by the Authoritylaid off; (d) term Term employees terminated at the end of a specific term of employment or after the completion of the specific job for which they were employed. 60:02 10:02 Retroactive pay adjustments for the period between the expiration of the previous Agreement and the date of signing ratification of this Agreement shall be made to employees who have voluntarily terminated their services (resigned).
