Return Materials Authorization. All OEM Products returned by GEMS-IT to Supplier must be accompanied by a RMA. Unless further verification is reasonably required by Supplier, Supplier will supply an RMA within two work days after receiving GEMS-IT’s written request.

Unless further verification is reasonably required by Foundry, Foundry will supply an RMA within two work days of HP's request. HP may return the OEM Product without an RMA if Foundry fails to provide one.
Return Materials Authorization. All OEM Products returned by Philips to Supplier must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization ("RMA") as noted in Exhibit D. Unless further verification is reasonably required by Supplier, Supplier will supply an RMA within [****] of Philips' request. Philips may return the OEM Product without an RMA if Supplier fails to provide one.
Return Materials Authorization. If a product or component is determined by a Laser Shot technician or representative as needing to be returned for repair or replacement, the case will be escalated to a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) and Buyer will be given return shipping instructions.

Return Materials Authorization. TI Products returned to Anam or Amkor pursuant to Sections 9.02 or 3.11 or as otherwise permitted hereunder shall be returned freight collect. To the extent reasonably practicable, replacement service by Anam or Amkor shall be made on an expedited, "courier", basis, to the extent practicable, not to exceed [ * ], from the date of return, at no additional expense to TI. Anam agrees to provide RMA as soon as reasonably possible, but not exceeding five (5) business days after return by TI. * Certain information on this page has been omitted and filed separately with the Commission. Confidential treatment has been requested with respect to the omitted portions.
