Customer Materials Subject to Section 4(a), all right, title and interest (including all Intellectual Property Rights) in and to the Customer Materials are owned by Customer or Customer’s suppliers.
Return of Customer Data Okta shall return Customer Data to Customer and, to the extent allowed by applicable law, delete Customer Data in accordance with the procedures and time periods specified in the Trust & Compliance Documentation, unless the retention of the data is requested from Okta according to mandatory statutory laws.
Return of Company Materials Upon the termination of this Agreement, or upon Company’s earlier request, Consultant will immediately deliver to the Company, and will not keep in Consultant’s possession, recreate, or deliver to anyone else, any and all Company property, including, but not limited to, Confidential Information, tangible embodiments of the Inventions, all devices and equipment belonging to the Company, all electronically-stored information and passwords to access such property, those records maintained pursuant to Section 3.D and any reproductions of any of the foregoing items that Consultant may have in Consultant’s possession or control.
Return of Materials Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, or upon written request of the Owner, the Recipient shall promptly return to the Owner all physical and digital materials representing the Owner's Confidential Information and all copies thereof. The Owner shall notify the Recipient immediately upon discovery of any loss or unauthorized disclosure of the Confidential Information.
Line Information Database (LIDB 9.1 BellSouth will store in its Line Information Database (LIDB) records relating to service only in the BellSouth region. The LIDB Storage Agreement is included in this Attachment as Exhibit C. 9.2 BellSouth will provide LIDB Storage upon written request to <<customer_name>>’s Account Manager stating a requested activation date.
Line Information Database LIDB is a transaction-oriented database accessible through Common Channel Signaling (CCS) networks. For access to LIDB, ONS must purchase appropriate signaling links pursuant to Section 10 of this Attachment. LIDB contains records associated with End User Line Numbers and Special Billing Numbers. LIDB accepts queries from other Network Elements and provides appropriate responses. The query originator need not be the owner of LIDB data. LIDB queries include functions such as screening billed numbers that provides the ability to accept Collect or Third Number Billing calls and validation of Telephone Line Number based non-proprietary calling cards. The interface for the LIDB functionality is the interface between BellSouth’s CCS network and other CCS networks. LIDB also interfaces to administrative systems.
Third Party Materials The Application may display, include, or make available third-party content (including data, information, applications, and other products, services, and/or materials) or provide links to third-party websites or services, including through third- party advertising ("Third-Party Materials"). You acknowledge and agree that Company is not responsible for Third-Party Materials, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect thereof. Company does not assume and will not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person or entity for any Third-Party Materials. Third-Party Materials and links thereto are provided solely as a convenience to you, and you access and use them entirely at your own risk and subject to such third parties' terms and conditions.
Operator Materials Operator retains all right, title and interest in and to any and all of Operator’s software, materials, tools, forms, documentation, training and implementation materials and intellectual property (“Operator Materials”). Operator grants to the LEA a personal, nonexclusive license to use the Operator Materials for its own non-commercial, incidental use as set forth in the Service Agreement. Operator represents that it has all intellectual property rights necessary to enter into and perform its obligations in this DPA and the Service Agreement, warrants to the District that the District will have use of any intellectual property contemplated by the Service Agreement free and clear of claims of any nature by any third Party including, without limitation, copyright or patent infringement claims, and agrees to indemnify the District for any related claims.
Definition of Customer Information Any Customer Information will remain the sole and exclusive property of the Trust. “Customer Information” shall mean all non-public, personally identifiable information as defined by Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act of 1999, as amended, and its implementing regulations (e.g., SEC Regulation S-P and Federal Reserve Board Regulation P) (collectively, the “GLB Act”).
Updated Information Submission by Interconnection Customer The updated information submission by the Interconnection Customer, including manufacturer information, shall occur no later than one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Trial Operation. The Interconnection Customer shall submit a completed copy of the Electric Generating Unit data requirements contained in Appendix 1 to the LGIP. It shall also include any additional information provided to the Participating TO and the CAISO for the Interconnection Studies. Information in this submission shall be the most current Electric Generating Unit design or expected performance data. Information submitted for stability models shall be compatible with the Participating TO and CAISO standard models. If there is no compatible model, the Interconnection Customer will work with a consultant mutually agreed to by the Parties to develop and supply a standard model and associated information.
