Return of Documents and Property. Upon termination of the Executive’s employment for any reason, the Executive (or his heirs or personal representatives) shall immediately deliver to the Company (a) all documents and materials containing Confidential Information (including without limitation any “soft” copies or computerized or electronic versions thereof) or otherwise containing information relating to the business and affairs of any member of the Parent Group (whether or not confidential), and (b) all other documents, materials and other property belonging to any member of the Parent Group that are in the possession or under the control of the Executive.

Upon the expiration or termination of the Executive's employment with the Company, or at any time upon the request of the Company, the Executive (or his heirs or personal representatives) shall deliver to the Company (a) all documents and materials (including, without limitation, computer files) containing Trade Secrets and Confidential Information relating to the business and affairs of the Company or its affiliates, and (b) all documents, materials, equipment and other property (including, without limitation, computer files, computer programs, computer operating systems, computers, printers, scanners, pagers, telephones, credit cards and ID cards) belonging to the Company or its affiliates, which in either case are in the possession or under the control of the Executive (or his heirs or personal representatives).

Upon the effective date of notice of the Executive’s or the Corporation’s election to terminate the Executive’s employment, or at any time upon the request of the Corporation, the Executive (or his heirs or personal representatives) shall deliver to the Corporation (a) all documents and materials containing trade secrets or other confidential information relating to the Corporation's business and affairs, and (b) all documents, materials and other property belonging to the Corporation, which in either case are in the possession or under the control of the Executive (or his heirs or personal representatives).

Upon the termination of Employee's employment with MKBY, or at anytime upon the request of MKBY, Employee (or his heirs or personal representatives) shall deliver to MKBY (a) all documents and materials (including without limitation, computer files) containing trade secrets or other confidential information relating to the business and affairs of MKBY, and (b) all documents, materials and other property (including, without limitation, computer files) belonging to MKBY, which in either case are in the possession or under the control of Employee (or his heirs or personal representatives).
Return of Documents and Property. All documents and tangible items provided to Employee by the Company, or possessed by or created by Employee for use in connection with Employee's employment, are the property of the Company and shall be promptly returned to the Company on termination of employment together with all copies, recordings, abstracts, notes or reproductions of any kind made from or about the documents and tangible items or the information they contain.
Return of Documents and Property. Upon termination of the Executive's employment with the Company or any of its subsidiaries (for any reason) or at any other time upon the request of the Company, the Executive (or his heirs or personal representatives): (a) shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Company, and shall not retain, all memoranda, disks, files, notes, records, documents or other materials obtained in connection with the Executive's employment with the Company or any of its subsidiaries or which otherwise relate to the business of the Company and its subsidiaries (whether or not containing Confidential Information) and shall not retain any copies thereof in any format or storage medium (including computer disk or memory); (b) purge from any computer system in his possession, other than those owned by and returned to the Company or any of its subsidiaries, all computer files that contain or are based upon any Confidential Information and confirm such purging in writing to the Company; and (c) return any other property that rightfully belongs to the Company or any of its subsidiaries, including, without limitation, computers and cellular phones, in accordance with the Company's policy in effect from time to time.
Return of Documents and Property. At the request of Company or upon the termination of Employee’s employment with Company for any reason, Employee shall immediately return and surrender to Company originals and all copies of any Company property, including but not limited to its Confidential Information.

Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, or at any time upon the request of the Company, you (or your heirs or personal representatives) shall deliver to the Company in good order (a) all documents and materials (including, without limitation, computer files) containing Trade Secrets and Confidential Information relating to the business and affairs of the Company or its affiliates; (b) all documents, materials, equipment and other property (including, without limitation, computer files, computer programs, computer operating systems, computers, printers, scanners, pagers, telephones, credit cards and ID cards) belonging to the Company or its affiliates, which in either case are in the possession or under the your control (or the control of your heirs or personal representatives); and (c) all corporate records of the Company, including minute books, accounting related materials, audit related materials, attorney correspondence, and any other such records which may be in your possession.
Return of Documents and Property. Executive expressly agrees that all manuals, documents, files, reports, studies, instruments, equipment, Company property or other materials used and/or developed by Executive during the Term are solely the property of Company, and that Executive has no right, title or interest therein. Upon termination of this Agreement, Executive or Executive's representative shall promptly deliver possession of all of said property to Company in good condition.
