Return of Documents. In the event of termination of this Agreement for any reason, Pubco and the Company will return to the other party all of the other party’s documents, work papers, and other materials (including copies) relating to the transactions contemplated in this Agreement, whether obtained before or after execution of this Agreement. Pubco and the Company will not use any information so obtained from the other party for any purpose and will take all reasonable steps to have such other party’s information kept confidential.
