Return of Documents. Upon termination of your employment for any reason, you shall immediately return to the Company all documents and things belonging to the Company. This includes, but is not limited to, trade secrets, confidential information, knowledge, data or know-how, and software containing such information, whether or not the documents are marked “Confidential.”
