Common use of Return of the Engines Clause in Contracts

Return of the Engines. In the event that an Acceptable Alternate Engine shall be delivered with the returned Airframe, Lessee, concurrently with such delivery, will, at no cost to Lessor, furnish, or cause to be furnished, to Lessor a full warranty (as to title) bill xx sale with respect to each such Acceptable Alternate Engine, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lessor (together with an opinion of counsel to the effect that such full warranty bill xx sale has been duly authorized and delivered and is enforceable in accordance with its terms and that such Acceptable Alternate Engines are free and clear of all Liens) against receipt from Lessor of a bill xx sale evidencing the transfer, without recourse or warranty by Lessor to Lessee or its designee of all of Lessor's right, title and interest in and to any Engine not installed on the Airframe at the time of the return of the Airframe.

Return of the Engines. In the event that an Acceptable Alternate Engine shall be delivered with the returned AirframeAirframe or in lieu of a Spare Engine, Lessee, concurrently with such delivery, will, at no cost to Lessor, furnish, or cause to be furnished, to Lessor a full warranty (as to title) bill xx sale with respect to each such Acceptable Alternate Engine, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lessor (together with an opinion of counsel to the effect that such full warranty bill xx sale has been duly authorized and delivered and is enforceable in accordance with its terms and that such Acceptable Alternate Engines are free and clear of all Liens) against receipt from Lessor of a bill xx sale evidencing the transfer, without recourse or warranty by Lessor to Lessee or its designee of all of Lessor's right, title and interest in and to any Engine or Spare Engine not installed on the Airframe at the time of the return of the Airframe.
