Review and Enforcement. (a) Wave may suspend or terminate all or a portion of your Services without prior notification if Wave determines in its discretion that you have violated the Agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy, even if the violation was a one-time event. If all or a portion of your Services are suspended, you will not be charged for the relevant Services during the suspension. If your account is terminated, you will be refunded any pre-paid fees minus any amounts due Wave.
Review and Enforcement. 1. All Board of Education policies will be upheld and enforced by all Board employees who are party to this Agreement, as well as by all Administrators/Principals/Supervisors.

Alabama Medicaid will provide additional documentation that the United States requests to evaluate Alabama Medicaid’s compliance with the Agreement. If the United States believes that the Agreement or any requirement thereof has been breached, following completion of the provisions set forth in Paragraph entitled “Dispute Resolution,” the United States may institute a civil action in an appropriate Federal District Court to enforce this Agreement or the ADA.

If my account is terminated, I will be refunded any pre-paid fees minus any amounts due Connections.

If all or a portion of my Services are suspended, I will not be charged for the relevant Services during the suspension. If my account is terminated, I will be refunded any pre-paid fees minus any amounts due Wave Broadband.
Review and Enforcement. The United States may review or monitor Hy-Vee’s compliance with this Agreement or the ADA at any time. If the United States believes that the Agreement or any requirement thereof has been breached, the United States may institute a civil action in an appropriate Federal District Court to enforce this Agreement or the ADA.

If the United States believes that the Agreement or any requirement thereof has been breached, the United States may institute a civil action in an appropriate Federal District Court to enforce this Agreement or the ADA.
Review and Enforcement. The United States may review or monitor Meijer’s compliance with this Agreement or the ADA at any time. Meijer will provide any information and/or documents that the United States requests to evaluate Meijer’s compliance with this Agreement by no later than ten (10) days of the United States’ request. If the United States believes that the Agreement or any requirement thereof has been breached, the United States may institute a civil action in an appropriate Federal District Court to enforce this Agreement or the ADA.
Review and Enforcement. Each Party has carefully read and considered the provisions of this Section 7.9, and having done so, agrees that the restrictions set forth in this Section 7.9 (including the time period of the restrictions and the geographical areas of restrictions set forth herein) are fair and reasonable and are reasonably required for the protection of the interests of the other Parties. Each member of the Selling Group further agrees that the ongoing business of the Acquired Companies has developed significant goodwill over the years, and they are agreeing to these restrictions in connection with sale of that goodwill and have received fair consideration in exchange for the covenants agreed by each member of the Selling Group under this Agreement. Buyer further agrees that it has received fair consideration in exchange for the covenants agreed by Buyer under this Agreement. In the event that, notwithstanding the foregoing, any part of the covenants set forth in this Section 7.9 are held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the Parties agree that such invalid or unenforceable provision(s) may be severed or modified in this Agreement without, in any manner, affecting the remaining portions hereof (all of which shall remain in full force and effect). In the event that any provision of this Section 7.9 related to time period, areas, or activities of restriction shall be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to exceed the maximum time period, area or activities such court deems reasonable and enforceable, said time period, area or activities of restriction shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make the geographic or temporal restrictions or activities reasonable and enforceable.
Review and Enforcement. The United States may review or monitor Rite Aid’s compliance with this Agreement or the ADA at any time. Rite Aid will provide additional documentation that the United States requests to evaluate Rite Aid’s compliance with the Agreement. Rite Aid will retain the complete Accessibility Tool test results it summarizes for the United States pursuant to Paragraph 15(d), and any written records of the calls it summarizes for the United States pursuant to Paragraph 18(a), for not less than the Term of the Agreement. If the United States believes that the Agreement or any requirement thereof has been breached, following completion of the provisions set forth in Paragraph 23 above, the United States may institute a civil action in an appropriate Federal District Court to enforce this Agreement or the ADA.
