Review by Commission. The Commission shall review the proposed ESP Contract and determine, within 60 days of receiving it from the School, whether it meets approval of the Commission. Approval will be contingent on satisfaction of the terms of RCW 28A.710.130(4) and evidence that the ESP contract will not detrimentally impact the School’s viability, or violate the terms of this Contract or the law.
