Common use of Review Not Approval Clause in Contracts

Review Not Approval. Owner’s or GEC’s review or approval of any drawing or document shall not be construed as constituting approval of Contractor’s Work, nor shall Owner’s or GEC’s failure to review or failure to comment be construed as approval or disapproval. Contractor shall retain responsibility to provide a facility that meets the requirements of this Agreement, including the requirements of the Specifications, regardless of whether or not Owner or GEC has reviewed or approved Contractor’s drawings or documents.
