Owner shall have up to ten (10) Business Days after its receipt of Drawings and Specifications submitted in accordance with Section 3.3C.2 to issue to Contractor one (1) set of consolidated written comments, proposed changes and/or approvals or disapprovals of the submission of such Drawings and Specifications.

Owner will annotate the Drawings and Specifications as appropriate and return to Contractor. In the event that Owner disapproves the Drawings or Specifications, Owner shall provide Contractor with a written statement of the reasons for such rejection within the time period required for Owner’s response, and Contractor shall provide Owner with agreed to revised and corrected Drawings and Specifications as soon as possible thereafter.
