Rewards Program. The 1-2-3 REWARDS Program may be changed, suspended or terminated at any time without notice. Changes may include, among other things, modifying the amount of purchases required to qualify for the various potential Rewards tiers, changing the Rewards percentages, imposing additional restrictions, or terminating the 1-2-3 REWARDS Program, including outstanding Rewards points and Electronic Coupons. The Kroger Co. reserves the right to interpret 1-2- 3 REWARDS Program rules and policies in its sole discretion and will be the final authority on point credits and Rewards qualifications.
Rewards Program. (a) Retailers shall maintain a Cardholder rewards program relating to the Program and Credit Card acquisition and use at Retailer Locations, “Retailer Locations” (as such term is defined in the other Credit Card Program Agreements) and Non-Retailer Locations (the “Cardholder Rewards Program”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Cardholder Rewards Program shall include both the Private Label Program and the Co-brand Program and shall include any Cardholder participating in “Cardholder Rewards Program” established under the Prior Program Agreement.
(b) Retailer shall cause the initial value proposition available to Cardholders under the Cardholder Rewards Program to be: (i) [***] of Private Label Retailer Purchases; (ii) [***] on Private Label Non-Retailer Purchases; (iii) [***] of Co-brand Retailer Purchases; (iv) [***] of Co-Brand Non-Retailer Purchases at “Retailer Locations” (as such term is defined in the other Credit Card Program Agreements) and purchases of goods and/or services from any entity participating in the Program pursuant to Section 13.02 to the extent financed on a Co-brand Account; (v) [***] of Co-brand Non-Retailer Purchases at Non-Retailer Locations other than “Retailer Locations” (as such term is defined in the other Credit Card Program Agreements), and (vi) a discount to Cardholders on the date of enrollment of [***] enrollment discount. All other initial terms and conditions of the Cardholder Rewards Program shall be those in effect immediately prior to the Effective Date.
(c) Following the Effective Date, the parties shall work together in good faith to develop a new value proposition for the Cardholder Rewards Program. In furtherance of the foregoing, the parties shall create and implement a testing protocol to assess the viability and Cardholder acceptance of different value propositions, as well as the costs and benefits of the proposed changes and the projected impact on Program economics, and each party shall reasonably consider the results of such testing. For clarity, prior to implementing any change to the value proposition for the Cardholder Rewards Program as set forth in 2.04(b) (or any modifications thereto as contemplated by this Section 2.04(c)), unless they otherwise agree, the parties shall first engage in the foregoing testing process. Rewards Program. As a SBM World Elite Mastercard Credit Card customer, you will automatically be enrolled in the SBM Elite Point Exchange Programme (the “Programme”). These are the terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) applicable to the Programme. You will earn and redeem points, subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
Rewards Program. For purposes of receiving rewards, active accounts are defined as those (i) that are billing more than $0 and (ii) for which we have not received a request to discontinue service or change programs and (iii) have no past-due balance owed during the minimum required number of days stated in the offer. We reserve the right to disqualify any account holder from participation in reward programs.
Rewards Program. We may offer you an opportunity to participate in a rewards program (“Rewards Program”), through which you may earn rewards for using the Card or Card Account to make certain transactions. Participation in the Rewards Program is subject to additional terms and conditions.

CURewards program is a complimentary program of your M1 CURewards card and it can be changed, reduced or eliminated any time without prior notice. MPower card does not offer a reward program.

Rewards Program. You earn between 1-3 points on eligible purchases made with your Personalized Card (“Rewards”).* Accumulated points are exchanged for 1-2-3 REWARDS Electronic Coupons (each an “Electronic Coupon”). Your 1-2-3 REWARDS Electronic Coupons are redeemable by you for qualifying purchases at the Kroger Family of Stores** locations on purchases greater than $5 made with your Personalized Card. Rewards are not available for purchases made with your Temporary Card. There are no limits on the amount of Rewards points you can earn. Electronic Coupons will be awarded monthly when you have earned a minimum of 1,000 Rewards points (Electronic Coupon for $5 off a qualifying Kroger Family of Companies purchase) if your Account is in good standing. Enrollment in the Kroger 1-2-3 REWARDS Program also enrolls you in the shopper’s club programs of the Kroger Family of Companies listed below, as applicable. The Kroger 1-2-3 REWARDS Program is administered by The Kroger Co. and the shopper’s club programs are offered by their respective stores. Electronic Coupons may only be redeemed toward an in-store purchase at participating Kroger Family of Companies locations.
Rewards Program. You or Your Employees may have access to a rewards program as part of the League Platform (the “Rewards Program”) which will be subject to Terms of Use, FAQ or other policies and terms that may be provided or posted by Us from time to time (“Rewards Program Guidelines”). Unless otherwise required by law, We reserve the right to change, modify and/or eliminate the Rewards Program (including the value of any rewards) and/or all or any portion of the Rewards Program Guidelines pertaining to the Rewards Program in accordance with this provision in Our sole discretion without consideration to You or Your Employees. Any credits, points or other awards pursuant to a Rewards Program (“Rewards Credits”) are personal to the Employee and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with You or anyone else or used by You or the Employee for any commercial purpose. Without notice to You or the Employee, We also reserve the right to “unregister” and make ineligible for the Rewards Program to any Rewards Program member that has been inactive for two (2) consecutive years or no longer continues to be an Employee, unless otherwise required by law. “Inactive” is defined as no Rewards Credits earned in the immediately preceding twenty-four (24) months. In the event that an Employee is unregistered or rendered inactive, then all accumulated Rewards Credits in such Employees account are void.

If the credit card linked to the rewards program is delinquent or in default, the option to earn and redeem rewards points will not be available until the account is no longer delinquent or in default.
