Rewards Program. The 1-2-3 REWARDS Program may be changed, suspended or terminated at any time without notice. Changes may include, among other things, modifying the amount of purchases required to qualify for the various potential Rewards tiers, changing the Rewards percentages, imposing additional restrictions, or terminating the 1-2-3 REWARDS Program, including outstanding Rewards points and Electronic Coupons. The Kroger Co. reserves the right to interpret 1-2- 3 REWARDS Program rules and policies in its sole discretion and will be the final authority on point credits and Rewards qualifications.
Rewards Program. Co-Brand Partner shall offer a Rewards Program to the Cardholders, and shall contain at least those terms set forth on Schedule 2.7 under the heading “Mandatory Terms.” To the extent that any such Mandatory Terms are not in effect as of Execution Date, Co-Brand Partner shall cause such Mandatory Terms to become effective as soon thereafter as reasonably practicable but no later than the Effective Date. The Rewards Program shall be operated in accordance with the terms set forth on Schedule 2.7 under the heading “Administration of Rewards Program.” Subject to any additional requirements on Schedule 2.7, Co-Brand Partner may also add, change, or modify other terms of the Rewards Program so long as such additions, changes, or modifications do not conflict with the Mandatory Terms. No such change may impose additional or altered obligations on FNBO without its consent, except to provide additional information that is readily available, may lawfully be provided subject to FNBO’s internal policies and procedures, and is no more burdensome to provide than any such information already being provided. Co-Brand Partner will notify FNBO of material changes in the Rewards Program in advance of the effective date of such material change, but in any event no less than 90 days in advance of the earlier of when Cardholders are notified thereof or the effective date of the change. Other terms for the Rewards Program include, but are not limited to, the terms set on Schedule 2.7 under the heading “Discretionary Terms.” Terms and Conditions for the Rewards Program (for purposes of disclosure to Cardholders) shall be established by Co-Brand Partner, but subject to FNBO’s approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. For avoidance of doubt, Co-Brand Partner and FNBO hereby acknowledge and agree that the Rewards Program is administered, owned, managed and maintained solely by Co-Brand Partner and, other than timely reporting of Credit Card Rewards Points based on Qualified Credit Card Transactions by Cardholders as outlined in this Agreement, FNBO is not responsible for any aspect or function of the Rewards Program, including, but not limited to, Co-Brand Partner’s products, services, decisions, or Co-Brand Partner’s refusal to honor Rewards Point redemption requests. Rewards Program. As a SBM World Elite Mastercard Credit Card customer, you will automatically be enrolled in the SBM Elite Point Exchange Programme (the “Programme”). These are the terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) applicable to the Programme. You will earn and redeem points, subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
Rewards Program. For purposes of receiving rewards, active accounts are defined as those (i) that are billing more than $0 and (ii) for which we have not received a request to discontinue service or change programs and (iii) have no past-due balance owed during the minimum required number of days stated in the offer. Rewards Program. You earn between 1-3 points on eligible purchases made with your Personalized Card (“Rewards”).* Accumulated points are exchanged for 1-2-3 REWARDS Electronic Coupons (each an “Electronic Coupon”). Your 1-2-3 REWARDS Electronic Coupons are redeemable by you for qualifying purchases at the Kroger Family of Stores** locations on purchases greater than $5 made with your Personalized Card. Rewards are not available for purchases made with your Temporary Card. There are no limits on the amount of Rewards points you can earn. Electronic Coupons will be awarded monthly when you have earned a minimum of 1,000 Rewards points (Electronic Coupon for $5 off a qualifying Kroger Family of Companies purchase) if your Account is in good standing. Enrollment in the Kroger 1-2-3 REWARDS Program also enrolls you in the shopper’s club programs of the Kroger Family of Companies listed below, as applicable. The Kroger 1-2-3 REWARDS Program is administered by The Kroger Co. and the shopper’s club programs are offered by their respective stores. Electronic Coupons may only be redeemed toward an in-store purchase at participating Kroger Family of Companies locations.

Without notice to You or the Employee, We also reserve the right to “unregister” and make ineligible for the Rewards Program to any Rewards Program member that has been inactive for two (2) consecutive years or no longer continues to be an Employee, unless otherwise required by law. “Inactive” is defined as no Rewards Credits earned in the immediately preceding twenty-four (24) months. In the event that an Employee is unregistered or rendered inactive, then all accumulated Rewards Credits in such Employees account are void.

If the credit card linked to the rewards program is delinquent or in default, the option to earn and redeem rewards points will not be available until the account is no longer delinquent or in default.
