Rewards Terms. If you hold a Zolve Credit Card or Zolve Debit Card (individually and collectively the “Zolve Card”) and have been approved to participate in the rewards program (the “Program”) offered by Zolve in connection with the Zolve Card and to obtain a rewards account (the “Rewards Account”), this Section applies to you and the Program. Acceptance or use of your Zolve Card or related credit or deposit account, as applicable (each, an “Account”), or participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of each of the terms described herein. The Zolve Credit Card and the Zolve Debit Card may earn and be eligible for different Rewards. You consent to the terms of the Program and the establishing and maintaining of a Rewards Account for you by us or our service provider, including Dosh and other third parties. By enrolling in or participating the Program, you also agree to Dosh’s terms of use: xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/zolve-rewards-powered-by-dosh-terms. Earning Rewards. You can earn points on eligible retail purchases from eligible merchants, as each is determined by us in our sole discretion (“Eligible Purchases”), charged to the Zolve Card during each billing cycle and posted to your Account during such billing cycle (“Rewards”). The amount of Rewards you earn on an Eligible Purchase will depend on the category of purchase and special program, promotions or transactions that we may offer. All offers made available to you are temporary and may become unavailable without notice. For the current list of participating merchants and offers, please check the App. Participating merchants and offer terms may be changed from time to time without notice. Cash advances, including purchases of cash equivalents of any kind, balance transfers, convenience check amounts, purchases we believe to have been made by or for a commercial purpose, Zolve Card fees, interest charges, ATM transactions, cash withdrawals or cash back transactions, credit insurance, gambling fees, gaming chips, credit protection, debt cancellation charges and unauthorized or fraudulent transactions do not qualify as Eligible Purchases and do not earn Rewards. If a merchant is not an eligible merchant, as determined by us, you will not earn Rewards based on any transaction with such merchant. All Rewards received are exclusive of any applicable withholding, sales, use, excise, value added, or other taxes. Rewards Terms. These Step Rewards Terms and Conditions (“Rewards Terms”) are entered into by and between you and Step and governs your participation in the Step rewards program and any related promotion, product or services we may offer you (“Rewards Program”). Through our Step App and as part of our Rewards Program, we may provide you with the opportunity to earn benefits or rewards, in the form of cash, cryptocurrency, stock, or any other form of rewards at our discretion (“Rewards”). By accessing or participating in the Rewards Program using your Step Card to make qualifying purchases or taking any action for which you are eligible to earn Rewards, you agree to be bound by these Rewards Terms. Please carefully read these Rewards Terms. The Rewards Program and related services are deemed to be a Step “Service”, as that term is defined in our Terms of Service. While you may earn Rewards under these Rewards Terms by use of your Step Card, our Rewards Program and the Rewards are not part of the account and card agreement governing your Step Card issued by our Banking Partner. Banking Partner is not a party to, nor has any liability to you under these Rewards Terms. The Services provided hereunder by us are independent of the services Banking Partner provides you in relation to your Step Account and Step Card under the account and card agreement you have with Banking Partner.

  • Long-Term Incentive Awards The Executive shall participate in any long-term incentive awards offered to senior executives of the Company, as determined by the Compensation Committee.

  • Performance Measures The System Agency will monitor the Grantee’s performance of the requirements in Attachment A and compliance with the Contract’s terms and conditions.

  • Long-Term Incentive Award During the Term, Executive shall be eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan, on terms and conditions as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion taking into account Company and individual performance objectives.

  • Agreement Objectives (a) The fundamental objective that the Parties have in creating the Agreement is to produce an agreed industrial relations framework that encourages achievement of the following goals on the Project. (1) A safe and healthy Project Site environment where everyone works towards achieving the health and safety management philosophy of an injury and incident free Project; (2) A Project where everyone has the opportunity to perform their best work and achieve a sense of personal satisfaction by the time they complete their work assignment; (3) A Project where all participants' efforts and best work translate into a high quality result for the Project; (4) A Project where all participants work toward the common goal of completing the construction work on the Project within the defined schedule and budget; (5) A Project where leaders focus on understanding and dealing with people issues; (6) A Project where all participants listen to others point of view and act to amicably resolve any differences of opinion that may occur from time to time without ever resorting to unreasonable or unlawful means to achieve the result they wish to achieve; (7) A Project where, by all the participants acting in a considerate and respectful manner, positive relations with the local community they are performing the construction work in are maintained. (b) The Employer is accountable to: (1) Provide the management resource and support needed to achieve an injury and incident free Project; (2) Encourage its leaders to focus on issues raised by any member of their team; (3) Ensure its leaders act to address appropriately and in a timely manner, any concern raised by any member of their team; (4) Act at all times with fairness, honesty and in a trustworthy manner, responding to issues or concerns raised in a timely manner; (5) Recognise the talents and capabilities of their Employees and encourage excellence in construction execution. (c) Each Employee is accountable to: (1) Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work area, ensure safe and healthy work practices are followed at all times and within their duty of care, take responsibility for their personal safety and the safety of other Employees; (2) Comply with Project environmental health and safety regulations, procedures and practices; (3) Participate in and comply with the Project’s cultural and environmental processes; (4) Ensure their personal fitness for work on each day they are scheduled to work; (5) In all of their dealings with other Employees and their Employer, act with fairness and respect; (6) Work towards both the Project and their team’s goals to the full extent of their personal capacity; and (7) Raise any personal concern/issue directly with their immediate team leader/supervisor thereby providing the Employer with an opportunity to resolve/assist the concern/issue. If the team leader/supervisor is not available, then raise the matter with a more senior Employer leader.
