Right Granted. Contractor intends to temporarily have personnel and equipment on the SPBL to complete the following work and related activities (collectively the “Work”): . This Agreement is not exclusive, and the VCTC and Railroad specifically reserve the right to grant other rights of entry upon, or within the vicinity of, the Property.

Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx grants Licensee a worldwide, non-exclusive and non-transferrable license to, for internal testing purposes or student projects only, use the Font to create graphics, link the Webfont to webpages using the @font-face selector in CSS files, and embed the Font into applications or ebooks.

The “LENDER” guarantees and declares that the origin of the money is not coming from any criminal activities, like money laundering, terrorist activities, drugs deals, gun deals, etc. The “LENDER” undertakes to fulfil all the requirements / documentation which are required by Law to confirm that the funds are not terrorist or money laundering origins. Also, the “LENDER” guarantees that Her/she is the rightful owner/lender of the funds and that the funds are free from any claims of third parties.

Right Granted. Ditton Xxxxxx.xx grants Licensee a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive and non-transferra- ble license to:
a. Use the Font to create graphics for display on any surface including computer screens, television screens, paper, t-shirts or any other surface where the image will be a fixed size.
b. Licensee may embed or link the Font in accordance with the rules described in Section 4 “Embedding and Linking” of this XXXX.
Right Granted. TypeType grants Licensee a worldwide, non-exclusive and non-transferrable license to, for internal testing purposes or student projects only. The Fonts may be embedded into files of the Portable Document Format (PDF), PostScript (PS), and Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) types, as well as into websites with the @font-face technology, and into bitmap images (JPEG, TIFF, PNG). Licensee may make available files into which the Fonts are embedded to a third party, if such third party is a customer of the Licensee and as long as the usage of the Fonts meets requirements and restrictions specified in clause 2, namely such usage is allowed for testing and evaluation purposes only.
