Common use of Right of Return Clause in Contracts

Right of Return. If a vacancy occurs in a category between June 1 and the first day of class of the following school year in a given school, the excess teacher in this category with the most seniority who had expressed his or her intention on the appropriate transfer form16 shall be given the choice of returning to his or her school of origin.
