Right of use of geographical indications. 1. A name protected under this Agreement may be used by any operator marketing a product which conforms to the corresponding specification. 2. Once a geographical indication is protected under this agreement, the use of such protected name shall not be subject to any registration of users, or further charges. 3. Indications, abbreviations and symbols referring to the geographical indications may only be used in the labelling of product protected or registered in the respective territories and produced in conformity with the corresponding product specification.

Indications, abbreviations and symbols referring to the geographical indications may only be used in the labelling of product protected or registered in the respective territories and produced in conformity with the corresponding product specification.
