Right to conduct audits. SPREP or a representative may conduct audits relevant to the performance of the Sup- plier's obligations under this Agreement. Audits may be conducted of:
(a) the Supplier's operational practices and procedures as they relate to this Agree- ment;
(b) the Supplier’s compliance with all applicable standards, including gathering evi- dence of relevant certifications;
(c) the accuracy of the Supplier’s invoices and reports in relation to the provision of the Services under this Agreement;
(d) Material (including books and records) in the possession of the Supplier relevant to the Services or this Agreement; and
(e) any other matters determined by SPREP to be relevant to the Services or this Agreement.
Right to conduct audits. NRZ Brokerage (itself or with the assistance of or through New Residential Mortgage and/or mortgage servicers to the extent they service mortgage loans in the Covered Portfolios and/or one or more third-party auditors or consultants shall have the right to inspect, investigate, examine, evaluate, and audit all activities and operations of RHSS relating to the provision of services provided to an NRZ Entity under the Agreement. All audits pursuant to this Section 6(a) shall be at the sole expense of NRZ Brokerage and shall be subject to Sections 6(b), 6(c) and 6(d) of this Vendor Management Addendum. NRZ agrees that the auditor shall not be a RHSS Competitor. For the purposes of this Section 6(a), “RHSS Competitor” means a party engaged in the business of marketing and selling real property. All auditors conducting an audit pursuant to this Section 6 shall sign a mutually acceptable non-disclosure agreement with RHSS prior to receiving any information pertaining thereto.
Right to conduct audits. The Trustee or the Trustee’s nominated Representative may conduct audits relevant to the performance of the Grant Recipient’s obligations under this Agreement including:
(a) the accuracy of invoices and Reports;
(b) compliance with confidentiality and privacy obligations under this Agreement;
(c) material (including books and records) in the possession of the Grant Recipient relevant to the SIEF Funds, expenditure of the SIEF Funds or this Agreement; and
(d) any other matters reasonably determined by the Trustee to be relevant to the SIEF Funds or this Agreement.

Right to conduct audits. For the duration of this Agreement and for a period of 7 years following the expiry or termination of this Agreement, the Commonwealth or a representative may conduct audits relevant to the performance of the Recipient’s obligations under this Agreement. Audits may be conducted of:
(a) the Assets;
(b) the Recipient’s operational practices and procedures as they relate to this Agreement;
(c) the accuracy of the Recipient’s Reports;
(d) the Recipient’s compliance with its confidentiality and privacy obligations under this Agreement;
(e) Material (including books and records) in the possession of the Recipient relevant to the Project or this Agreement; and
(f) any other matters determined by the Commonwealth to be relevant to the Project or this Agreement.
Right to conduct audits. (a) The Department or a representative may conduct audits relevant to the performance of the Recipient’s obligations under this Agreement.
(b) The Recipient acknowledges and agrees that the Department and any persons nominated by the Department may, at reasonable times and on giving reasonable notice to the Recipient:
(c) access and inspect the Recipient’s premises and any Assets, wherever they may be located, to the extent relevant to the performance of this Agreement; and
(d) require the Recipient (including its Personnel) to provide records, documents and information relevant to the performance of this Agreement in a data format and storage medium accessible by the Department.
(e) The Recipient must provide the Department with any reasonable assistance requested by the Department in relation to the exercise of its rights under this clause 9, and any inquiry into or concerning the Project or this Agreement including any administrative or statutory review, audit or investigation (whether within or external to the Department), any request for information directed to the Department, any judicial or quasi-judicial inquiry, and any inquiry conducted by Parliament or any Parliamentary committee.
Right to conduct audits. The Commonwealth through ACIAR or a representative may conduct audits relevant to the performance of the Commissioned Organisation’s obligations under the Project Agreement. Audits may be conducted of:
(a) the Commissioned Organisation’s operational practices and procedures as they relate to the Project Agreement, including security procedures;
(b) the Commissioned Organisation’s compliance with its confidentiality, privacy and security obligations under the Project Agreement;
(c) Material (including books and records) in the possession of the Commissioned Organisation relevant to the Services or the Project Agreement; and
(d) any other matters determined by the Commonwealth to be relevant to the Services or the Project Agreement.
Right to conduct audits. 8.1 Plaintiff’s Co-Lead Class Counsel shall have the right to audit the Defendants’ Accelerated Payment Offers.
8.2 Additionally, Plaintiffs’ Class Counsel may generally audit the Defendants’ compliance with the terms of this Agreement. In this connection, the Defendants’ shall pay the costs and fees incurred by Class Counsel in performing such audits, including the costs and fees charged by any consultants they may retain to assist them, up to a maximum total cost for all such audits under paragraphs 8.1 and 8.2 of $40,000. The timing of any and all audits under this Paragraph 8.2 shall be at the sole discretion of Plaintiffs’ Co-Lead Class Counsel, provided that the sole issue to be considered in connection with any such audit is whether Defendants have properly implemented and complied with the terms of this Settlement Agreement.
Right to conduct audits. 14.6.1. In order to check whether Developer complies with the provisions of this Agreement, Hilti or a third party appointed by Xxxxx is entitled to check the use of the Hilti Services by Developer by remote access or on site within Developer's business hours and without observing a period of notice. Any remote access shall be performed in accordance with the Agreement as well as applicable data protection laws and legislation.
14.6.2. Developer shall reimburse Hilti for its reasonable costs for carrying out the audit, if a material violation of this Agreement is found in the course of an audit.
Right to conduct audits. ARENA or a representative may conduct audits relevant to the performance of the Recipient's obligations under this Agreement. Audits may be conducted in respect of:
(a) the Assets;
(b) the Recipient's operational practices and procedures as they relate to this Agreement;
(c) the accuracy of the Recipient’s invoices and Reports;
(d) the Recipient's compliance with its confidentiality and privacy obligations under this Agreement;
(e) the Recipient's compliance with its risk management and community consultation obligations under this Agreement;
(f) Material (including books and records) in the possession of the Recipient relevant to the Project or this Agreement; and
(g) any other matters determined by ARENA to be relevant to the Project or this Agreement.
