Common use of Right to Discharge Clause in Contracts

Right to Discharge. Employees No provision of this Plan, whether express or implied, gives an Employee the right to remain in the employ of the Employer. All employees shall remain subject to discharge from employment as if this Plan had never been adopted. Nothing in the establishment or modification of this Plan or payment of any benefit shall be construed as giving any participant or any other person any legal or equitable rights against the Employer except as specifically provided by this Plan.
