Right to Grieve Appointments Procedure. ‌ Where an employee feels he/she has been aggrieved by any decision of the Employer related to promotion, demotion or transfer, the employee may grieve the decision at Step 2 of the grievance procedure in Article 7 of this agreement within ten (10) working days of being notified of the results of the Selection Panel. Where a grievance has been filed, the Employer will advise the applicant selected by the Employer for the position that the transfer or placement cannot be considered permanent until the grievance has been resolved.
