Right to Join and Support Association. The employer agrees that each employee has the lawful right to organize, join, and support the association for the purpose of legally engaging in collective bargaining, negotiations, and/or grievance processing. Nothing contained in this agreement shall be construed to deny or restrict to any employee rights they may have under applicable laws and regulations.
