Right to Join and Support Association. Each employee subject to this Agreement shall have and shall be protected in the right to freely organize, join and support the Association for the purpose of engaging in collective bargaining, negotiations, mutual aid, and protection or institution of grievance proceedings under this Agreement without fear of penalty or reprisal.
