Right to Prepay; Ratable Prepayment. The Borrower shall have no right to prepay any principal amount of any Loan except as provided in this Section 2.4 and all notices given pursuant to this Section 2.4 shall, except as provided in this Section 2.4, be irrevocable and binding upon the Borrower. Each payment of any Loan pursuant to this Section 2.4 shall be made in a manner such that all Loans comprising part of the same Revolving Borrowing are paid in whole or ratably in part other than Loans owing to a Defaulting Lender as provided in Section 2.14.
