Right to Refuse Services. SFM reserves the right to refuse any and/or all its services to any Client without giving any reason or explanation thereto, and cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for such refusal.

Metro Dogs reserves the right to refuse to admit dogs that, in its sole judgment, are aggressive to people or other animals, are not current on vaccinations or fecal test pursuant to paragraph 4, require injectable medications including but not limited to insulin and subcutaneous fluids, appear to be in poor health at the time of check-in, or will not be easily handled by the staff. No pets with sutures of any kind are allowed in daycare.

You acknowledge that BDT reserves the right to decline your booking, or withdraw its service at any time if, in the opinion of BDT or its team members, inadequate provisions are made by you for the health, safety and maintenance of your dog/s, or circumstances exist which may cause any safety risk to BDT team members or other dogs in BDT’s care. BDT reserves the right to refuse services if your dog is assessed to be unsuitable for daycare. This may include fear, aggression, resource guarding, hyperarousal or any other behaviour that presents a safety or wellbeing risk to your dog, other dogs or the BDT team members. In the case of service being withdrawn after commencement, you acknowledge that once you or your nominated alternate contact(s) have been notified, responsibility for the care of your dog/s reverts to you and/or your nominated alternate contact.
