Any such Coke will be considered unusable under the terms of this Coke Purchase Agreement; provided, however, that:that such rejected Coke will not be counted as satisfying Seller’s minimum delivery requirements under Section 3.1, unless such rejected Coke is subsequently delivered to, and accepted by, Purchaser.
