Right to Use the Service. Pursuant to the Service Agreement with the Reseller you have been granted with the rights to use the Services. The use of the Services is subject to the terms of this Agreement and the DPA which are hereby incorporated by reference. The rights to use the Services are revocable, non- exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, worldwide, solely for Your own internal business purposes (and not for resale, further distribution, or for providing outsourcing or service bureau services), during the Subscription Term. All rights not expressly granted to You under this Agreement are reserved by Company and its licensors. Upon expiration or termination of the Subscription Term, all rights granted to Customer (and/or any of its Users) herein shall immediately terminate and expire.
Right to Use the Service. Subject to your compliance with the Agreement, including the payment of applicable fees, we grant to you a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable, limited, non-sublicensable, right to access the features and functions of the Services, during the Term. Your right to use the Services is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any usage or other parameters or limitations set forth in the applicable Order Form. You shall undertake reasonable efforts to make all Authorized Users aware of the provisions of this Agreement that are applicable their use of the Services and shall cause them to comply with such provisions.

Right to Use the Service. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including the applicable Service Order) and payment of the applicable Subscription Fees, Company hereby grants to Customer a non-exclusive, worldwide, non- transferable, non-sublicensable, internal right to (a) access and use (and to permit Users to access and use) the Service, solely during the Subscription Term; and (b) access and use, and to permit Users to access and use, the Documentation as reasonably necessary to support the Customer’s permitted use of the Service during the Subscription Term.
Right to Use the Service. 1.1. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, We grant You a free-of-charge, worldwide, limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use the Service to manage DSRs.
Right to Use the Service. 4.1 Subject to and conditional upon you at all times complying with this Agreement, FedEx grants to you a non-exclusive, non- assignable, personal right to use the Service.
4.2 Your right to use the Service commences from the date your application to use the Service is accepted by FedEx and continues until terminated in accordance with this Agreement.
4.3 You agree to comply with all of XxxXx’s directions notified from time to time pertaining to any use of the Service.
4.4 You will be solely responsible for and agree to provide and maintain the telecommunications facilities and services, computer hardware, software and all other equipment and services required from time to time to use the Service.
4.5 You may use the Service through a web browser interface with your personal computer. You may nominate any person to operate your Account (“Administrator”). You or your Administrator may also nominate any person to use the Service through your Account (“User”). Both Administrator and User may have a range of access rights in respect of your Account as your agent. You undertake to ensure that your Administrator and User strictly comply with this Agreement and any other terms that may be prescribed by FedEx from time to time. You will be liable for any default of your Administrator and User and will indemnify FedEx against any defaults, losses, damages, costs, expenses, liabilities whatsoever arising from the use of the Service by your Administrator or User.
Right to Use the Service. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any other applicable licence agreement accompanying the Service, Awaken hereby grants Customer a non-exclusive, non- transferable, worldwide right during the Term (as defined in clause 5) to access the Service and permit the number of individual users identified in the Order to use the Service solely for Customer’s own internal business purposes (“Authorised Users”) or, according to the Order, to permit Authorised Users to use the Service for a certain number of Transactions (as defined in the relevant Order).
Right to Use the Service. WDM hereby grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to permit the Authorised Users to use the Service and the Documentation on the terms and conditions of this Agreement and for the Term.
Right to Use the Service. Ex Libris hereby grants you, and you hereby accept, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service, on either a time limited complimentary trial basis or as a purchaser of the Service during the purchased subscription period, for end user purposes. You may not, nor will you allow any end user to, copy, market, rent, lease, sell, re-sell, transfer, assign, distribute, or sublicense any portion of the Service to any third parties. You may not incorporate the Service, or any portion thereof, into any third party application, product or service without Ex Libris prior written consent. You further agree to take reasonable actions to prevent any end user or third party that use the Service through services delivered by your organization from: (i) violating or abusing the password protections governing access to and use of the Service; (ii) using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service for any purpose; (iii) introducing viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of the Service; (iv) taking any action that imposes or may impose (as determined by Ex Libris) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Ex Libris infrastructure; or (v) interfering or attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Service, or any related activities.
Right to Use the Service. The Service is available as a paid service accessible by a limited number of authorized users (“Users”) as specified on Your Registration Form. Subject to and conditioned on Your and Your Users' continued compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, during the Term, HSPS shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide to You and Your Users the Service and other products and services described on the Registration Form and this Agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.
