Right to Use the Service. Pursuant to the Service Agreement with the Reseller you have been granted with the rights to use the Services. The use of the Services is subject to the terms of this Agreement and the DPA which are hereby incorporated by reference. The rights to use the Services are revocable, non- exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, worldwide, solely for Your own internal business purposes (and not for resale, further distribution, or for providing outsourcing or service bureau services), during the Subscription Term. All rights not expressly granted to You under this Agreement are reserved by Company and its licensors. Upon expiration or termination of the Subscription Term, all rights granted to Customer (and/or any of its Users) herein shall immediately terminate and expire.

Right to Use the Service. Subject to your compliance with the Agreement, including the payment of applicable fees, we grant to you a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable, limited, non-sublicensable, right to access the features and functions of the Services, during the Term. Your right to use the Services is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any usage or other parameters or limitations set forth in the applicable Order Form. You shall undertake reasonable efforts to make all Authorized Users aware of the provisions of this Agreement that are applicable their use of the Services and shall cause them to comply with such provisions.

Right to Use the Service. During the Term, Customer may access and use the Service described in the Service Specification pursuant to the terms of its subscription and the Agreement. Customer may allow its Users and contractors to access and use the Service on behalf of Customer and is responsible for its User’s and contractor’s compliance with the Agreement.

You further agree to take reasonable actions to prevent any end user or third party that use the Service through services delivered by your organization from: (i) violating or abusing the password protections governing access to and use of the Service; (ii) using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service for any purpose; (iii) introducing viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of the Service; (iv) taking any action that imposes or may impose (as determined by Ex Libris) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Ex Libris infrastructure; or (v) interfering or attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Service, or any related activities.
