RIGHTS AND INTERESTS OF PLEDGE. 2.1 The Pledgor hereby pledges any and all equity interests and rights, titles and interests of pledgee, as well as any right attached thereto (collectively, the “ Rights and Interests of Pledge ”) of the Domestic Company owned by it now and acquired in the future to the Beneficiary and its successor as security for the Pledgor’s repayment and performance of the Pledgor’s debt and obligations (the “ Pledge ”).
