Common use of Rights Arbitration Board Clause in Contracts

Rights Arbitration Board. (a) The Employer will grant leave with pay to an employee who is a party to the grievance which is before a Board of Arbitration; The Employer will grant leave without pay to one (1) employee who acts as representative of an employee who is a party; The Employer will grant leave with pay to one employee called as a witness by an employee who is a party. Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to any additional employee called as a witness by an employee who is a party.
