Rights Associated With Units. Unless and until settled pursuant to this Agreement, the Restricted Stock Units do not confer any dividend rights, voting rights or any other rights as a shareholder of the Company. The Restricted Stock Units shall be evidenced only by the books of the Company, and no certificate shall be issued in respect thereof.
