Rights in Addition. The rights of indemnity set forth in this Article 5 are in addition and supplemental to any other rights, actions, claims or causes of action which may arise in respect of this Agreement, in any document delivered pursuant to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby.

Each Grantor recognizes that if it fails to perform or observe its obligations hereunder, no remedy at law will provide adequate relief to the Collateral Agent, and each Grantor agrees that the Collateral Agent shall be entitled to seek temporary and permanent injunctive relief in any such case without the necessity of proving irreparable harm. Any failure by the Collateral Agent to exercise any right set out in this Security Agreement shall not constitute a waiver thereof.
Rights in Addition. The rights and remedies of the Company, hereunder are in addition to and not in substitution for any other rights of remedies which they may have at any time against the Consultant or Xxxxxxxxx, at law or in equity.

The Lender may proceed by way of any proceeding at law or in equity and no right of the Lender shall be exclusive of or dependent on any other. The Lender may exercise any of its rights separately or in combination and at any time.
Rights in Addition. The rights granted above shall not be in substitution for, but shall be, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, in addition to any and all rights and remedies for breach of contract granted by applicable provisions of law. In no event shall either Party be liable to the other Party for consequential or punitive damages or lost profits.
