Rights in Documents and Work. Any and all reports, photographs, surveys, and other data and documents provided or created in connection with this Agreement are and shall remain the property of the party that created same and will be available to the other party for inspection or use at no cost; provided that nothing herein shall prevent or restrict the owner of the documents from lawfully destroying or lawfully disposing of any such documents.
