Rights to Information. 为行使本协议下委托权利之目的，受托人有权要求丙方提供相关信息，查阅丙方相关资料，丙方应对此予以充分配合。 For the purpose of this Agreement, the Designee is entitled to request relevant information of Party C and inspect the materials of Party C. Party C shall provide appropriate assistance to the Designee for his/her work.
Rights to Information. The Contractor agrees that the Federal granting agency shall be granted a royalty-free, non-exclusive and irrevocable license to produce, publish or otherwise use such documents and software and to authorize others to do so for government purposes to the extent that the services which resulted in the production of such documents and software are Federally funded. The grant excludes the proprietary products, documentation, materials and information (and derivative works thereto) of Contractor, Contractor’s subcontractors and third party product providers.
Rights to Information. Members shall have the right to receive from ----------------------- the Managers upon request a copy of the Certificate and of this Agreement, as amended from time to time, and such other information regarding the Company as is required by the Act, subject to reasonable conditions and standards established by the Managers, as permitted by the Act, which may include without limitation withholding or restricting the use of confidential information.
Rights to Information. 2.1 For the purpose of this Agreement, the Designee is entitled to request relevant information of Party C and inspect the materials of Party C. Party C shall provide appropriate assistance to the Designee for his/her work.
2.2 The Entrusting Party and Party C shall immediately inform Party B once the proxy matter happens.
Rights to Information. All rights, title and interest in and to all Proprietary Information shall remain with Company. NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT IS INTENDED TO GRANT ANY RIGHTS TO COACH IN ANY PROPRIETARY INFORMATION OF COMAPANY.

Members shall have the right to receive from the Board, upon request, a copy of the Certificate of Formation and of this Agreement, as amended from time to time, and such other information regarding the LLC as is required by the Act, subject to reasonable conditions and standards established by the Board, as permitted by the Act, which may include, without limitation, withholding, or restrictions on the use and disclosure of, confidential information.

Rights to Information. A Shareholder may at all reasonable times and at its own expense:
14.1 discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Company with the officers and principal executives of the Company; and
14.2 inspect and make copies of all books, records, accounts, documents and vouchers relating to the business and the affairs of the Company.
Rights to Information. 15.3.1 NewCo and any person designated by it may at all reasonable times discuss the affairs, finances and Audited Accounts of the Company and the Group with its Shareholders, officers and principal executives.
15.3.2 NewCo and a firm of accountants nominated by NewCo at NewCo’s expense will be entitled to examine the books and Audited Accounts of the Company upon reasonable notice and, whether or not there is a B Director, the Company shall supply NewCo with all information relating to the business affairs and financial position of the Company as NewCo may on reasonable notice from time to time reasonably require.
Rights to Information. The Managers shall keep or cause the Treasurer to keep complete and accurate books and records of the Company on the income tax method of reporting and otherwise in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied, which shall be maintained and be available, in addition to any documents and information required to be furnished to the Members under the Act, at the office of the Company for examination and copying by any officer, Member or Manager, or his, her or its duly authorized representative, at its reasonable request and at its expense during ordinary business hours. A current list of the full name and last known address of each officer, Member and Manager; a copy of this Agreement and any amendments thereto; the Certificate, including all certificates of amendment thereto; and copies of the Company’s financial statements and federal, state and local income tax returns and reports, if any, for the three most recent fiscal years, shall be maintained at the registered office of the Company.
