Common use of Rights to Visit Clause in Contracts

Rights to Visit. An authorized representative of the bargaining agent shall have the right to visit the premises at any time during working hours for the purpose of investigating current working conditions and compliance with the terms herein, provided such representative reports to an official of the City upon entering the premises and such visit is made in such a manner as to not disrupt the City operations.
