Risk Assessment. An assessment of any risks inherent in the work requirements and actions to mitigate these risks.
Risk Assessment. The Contractor shall use the Risk Assessment procedure as describe in the CGP Appendix 1.
i. The Standard Risk Assessment includes utilization of the following:
1) Receiving water Assessment Interactive map
2) EPA Rainfall Erosivity Factor Calculator Website
3) Sediment Risk interactive map
4) Sediment sensitive water bodies list
ii. The site-specific Risk Assessment includes the completion of the hand calculated R value Risk Calculator in the Revised Universal Soil Loss Equation (RUSLE).
Risk Assessment. Each Party shall employ risk management systems that enable its customs authorities to concentrate inspection activities on high-risk goods and that facilitate the movement of low-risk goods, including systems which allow for the processing of information regarding an importation prior to the arrival of the imported goods.
Risk Assessment. BA shall biennially conduct a thorough assessment of the potential risks to and vulnerabilities of the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of CE’s PHI that BA receives, stores, transmits, or has access to. BA shall provide CE, upon request, with a written report detailing the results of the risk assessment within 5 days.
Risk Assessment. Without prejudice to Article 5 of the SPS Agreement, the Parties shall endeavor to give due consideration to a request for risk assessment of the other Party.

State Street shall, at least annually, perform risk assessments that are designed to identify material threats (both internal and external) against Client Data, the likelihood of those threats occurring and the impact of those threats upon the State Street organization to evaluate and analyze the appropriate level of information security safeguards (“Risk Assessments”).
Risk Assessment. During the term of this Agreement, Subrecipient agrees to provide documents and information to facilitate the Department’s Subrecipient monitoring risk assessment process. Subrecipient further agrees to comply with the requirements, requests, and results of the Department’s risk assessment, including participation in Subrecipient monitoring events.

The process of collecting information from a person about hereditary, lifestyle and environmental factors to determine specific diseases or conditions for which the person is at risk. Rural— An area with a population density of less than 100 individuals per square mile, or an area defined by the most recent United State Census as rural, i.e. lacking a metropolitan statistical area (MSA).
Risk Assessment. A process for evaluating the threat of damage, loss, liability, or other negative occurrence caused by external or internal vulnerabilities that may be avoided through pre-emptive action. An effective Risk Assessment prioritizes the extent and degree of appropriate monitoring activities conducted by the Managing Entity of Network Service Providers. Risk Assessment results shall guide annual monitoring plans including decisions regarding type (desk review, on-site), frequency (annual, quarterly, or monthly), and level of detail (aggregate or client level data). The Managing Entity’s Risk Assessment for the SOC shall evaluate each Network Service provider on factors identified by an internal risk assessment committee in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
