Until the BGS-FP Supply is delivered to each of the Companies at the Delivery Points, the BGS-FP Supplier shall bear all risk of loss associated with the procurement and delivery of BGS-FP Supply. Title to and risk of loss related to BGS-FP Supply shall transfer from the BGS- FP Supplier to each of the Companies at the Delivery Points. Subject to the provisions of Section 15.13, should any such charges, services, responsibilities or products be imposed on or allocated to one or more of the Companies by any Applicable Legal Authority, the appropriate Company or Companies shall allocate or assign such charges, services, responsibilities or products to the BGS-FP Supplier, and the BGS-FP Supplier agrees to accept such allocation or assignment.
