Common use of Road Closures Clause in Contracts

Road Closures. Following the completion, and approval by STATE, of log hauling activities and projects, the following road points shall be closed: Points A, B, and H. The aforementioned road points shall be waterbarred and closed by constructing a barrier impassable to vehicular traffic. Final road closures are subject to STATE approval.

Following the completion, and approval by STATE, After completion of log hauling activities and projectshauling, the following road points segments shall be closed: Points AD to E, BM to N, and H. The aforementioned O to P. These road points segments shall be waterbarred and closed by constructing a barrier which makes the road impassable to vehicular traffic. In addition, the roads at Points D, M, N, O, P, and R shall be closed by constructing a barrier which makes the road impassable to vehicular traffic. Final road closures are subject to STATE approval.
