Common use of Road Closures Clause in Contracts

Road Closures. After completion of log hauling and Project Work No. 2, the following road segments shall be closed: Points E to F, H to I, J to K, and Q to R. These road segments shall be waterbarred and closed by constructing a barrier which makes the road impassable to vehicular traffic. Final road closures are subject to STATE approval.
