Road Restrictions. AWESOME CAMPERS have two-wheel drive vehicles and they are not allowed to travel on unsealed roads such as dirt, gravel, fire trails, beaches, sand tracks, off reading or 4x4 trails. Travelling on these roads voids all damage protection cover and the HIRER will be liable for all damage caused by travelling on these roads. The only exception to this is reasonable use of access roads less than 3 kilometers to a recognized commercial campgrounds, beach or official car park in a National Park. However, if the Hirer does damage the vehicle on an access road, then they are fully liable for all damages and towing costs to recover the vehicle back to the nearest AWESOME CAMPERS Depot. If the Hirer takes the vehicle on a ferry to any Australian Island, then the Hirers are fully responsible for all towing costs back to the nearest AWESOME CAMPERS Depot if they have a problem with the camper van regardless who is at fault. AWESOME CAMPERS values your well-being, and for safety purposes AWESOME CAMPERS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict vehicle movements in certain areas due to adverse road or weather conditions, and the instance to nominated destinations in relation to the length of hire period. AWESOME CAMPERS will advise you on pick up of any travel restrictions known at that time. The HIRER shall not make any alternations or additions to the Vehicle without the prior written consent of AWESOME CAMPERS.

b) I acknowledge that Skewbald Limited reserves the right at any time, at its sole discretion, to restrict vehicle movements in certain areas due to adverse road or weather conditions or any other reasonable cause
Road Restrictions. 2.1 You must not drive on:
(a) Skippers Canyon Road near Queenstown,
(b) Ball Hutt Road near Mt Cook,
(c) 90 Mile Beach in Northland,
(d) any road which is closed or restricted,
(e) any beach,
(f) through any stream or river,
(g) through floodwater.
2.2 You accept liability for all costs of towing and repairs if you breach the provisions of clause 2.1.
Road Restrictions. 14.1 The Avis Safari Rental 4wd vehicles are allowed on all bitumen/tar and gravel roads as well as all recognized public 4x4 tracks in South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique, Swaziland. Special permission is required for any other countries in Sub Saharan Africa.

Road Restrictions. 6.1 The Grantor reserves to itself the exclusive control and operation of the Road and the Grantee shall observe all load limits, speed limits, road bans, closures and restrictions whether imposed by governmental authority or by the Grantor if it reasonably deems the Road conditions warrant such restrictions. The Grantee shall obey signs, barriers and markers governing or restricting traffic thereon.

28.2 The Hirer acknowledges that Wam Bam reserves the right at any time, at its sole discretion, to restrict vehicle movements in certain areas due to adverse road or weather conditions or any other reasonable cause.
28.3 The Van is fitted with a GPS tracking device that monitors location and speed. Wam Bam may use the tracking information recorded for any purpose pertaining to this Agreement.
