Roads, Parking and Playground. Lessor at its expense shall maintain and keep in good repair and in safe, sound and secure condition all access roads, driveways, parking lots, sidewalks, and all other areas in, on or about the Leased Property. Lessor agrees to provide snow plowing to access roads and parking lot.
