RoHS COMPLIANCE. Unless the XXXXXXX Purchase Order calls out an ARTICLE for which the specifications, drawings and other written representations unambiguously declare the ARTICLE not to be RoHS compliant, SUPPLIER represents that any ARTICLE delivered to XXXXXXX under this order is in compliance with the European Union (EU) Directive 2011/65/EU on the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (RoHS Recast). When requested by XXXXXXX, SUPPLIER will promptly provide XXXXXXX with written certification that the ARTICLE(S) is in compliance with the RoHS Directive.

RoHS COMPLIANCE. Unless Seller has expressly and in writing informed Buyer to the contrary, Seller represents that any product delivered to Buyer under this order is in compliance with the European Union (EU) Directive 2011/65/EU on the Restriction of the Use of certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (RoHS Recast). In particular, the products have been tested as needed for the presence of Lead, Cadmium, Mercury, Hexavalent chromium, Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), and Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE). For Cadmium there must be less than 0.01% of the substance by weight at raw homogeneous materials level. For Lead, PBB, PBDE, mercury and Hexavalent chromium, there must be no more than 0.1% of the material, when calculated by weight at raw homogeneous materials.
RoHS COMPLIANCE. Electrical and electronic equipment and components for Products shall comply with the international provisions on the use of certain hazardous substances, along with the bans on the respective materials, such as those set forth in the EU Council Directive 2011/65/EU incl. 2015/863 (RoHS), and with the laws, ordinances, orders, decrees, rulings and other rules and regulations issued for implementation of said Directive. Beyond the EU Directive 2011/65/EU incl. 2015/863 (RoHS), the requirements/limits for equipment categories 8 and 9 shall be applied in Seller’s measures to ensure compliance with the bans on the respective materials. Seller shall provide Buyer with a written Declaration of Conformity upon Buyer’s request. Electrical and electronic equipment shall bear the symbol pursuant to Appendix IV of the EU Council Directive 2002/96/EC (WEEE). Should Seller breaches this provision, Seller shall pay the costs of any test or inspection performed by Buyer on the Product(s).
RoHS COMPLIANCE. Seller represents and warrants that all the Goods comply with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive and subsequent or related directives (the “RoHS”) and specifically that the components of any Deliverables do not contain lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE), or any other substance to the extent that its use is restricted by amendments to RoHS, except as permitted by the Annex to RoHS. Seller shall comply with any amendments to RoHS that the European Parliament or other regulatory body may impose, and any further instructions given by Buyer.
RoHS COMPLIANCE. In order to clarify each Party’s rights and obligations regarding the compliance of Restriction on Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive, and other environmental protection regulations in applicable countries or regions (“EPR”), the Parties hereto agree as follows. In addition, in the event that Foxconn shall detect any Component’s non-compliance of EPR, Foxconn will notify Purchaser of the same immediately. A. Purchaser will be responsible for all losses, damages, penalties and obligations caused by the non-compliance with EPR of the Purchaser Controlled Components. B. Foxconn will be solely responsible for all losses, damages, penalties and obligations caused by the non-compliance with EPR caused by the manufacturing process of the Product and the Components other than Purchaser Controlled Component.
RoHS COMPLIANCE. The Supplier must ensure material / parts comply with the European Union Directive 2002/95/EC and subsequent amendments for the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (ROHS).
RoHS COMPLIANCE. The product stated on this Purchase Order must comply with the current RoHS directive as specified in the component specifications. Seller must be able to provide a Certificate of Compliance stating the parts comply with RoHS if requested by Xxxxx.

RoHS COMPLIANCE. Seller warrants that the goods sold to Neogen under this order subject to European Union Directive 2011/65/EU on the Restriction of Hazardous Substance (RoHS) in Electrical and Electronic Equipment are fully compliant with the Directive and identified as “RoHS compliant.” Upon Neogen request, Seller, at the Seller’s expense, shall promptly provide Neogen with access to all necessary information, documents and records evidencing the goods’ RoHS compliance, which can include certificates of analyses performed by third-party testing laboratories. Additionally, Seller shall promptly provide material declarations “EU RoHS Certificate of Complianceupon request with respect to the goods provided and Seller agrees to provide written notification of any variance from the Restriction of Hazardous Substances regulations. A). The Seller must also, provide a Certificate of Conformance with each Product delivery. The Certificate of Conformance must contain a statement of EU 2011/65/EU RoHS compliance, Neogen part number, the Suppler or Manufacturer’s part number and the appropriate revision number/level on the corresponding documentation.
RoHS COMPLIANCE. Supplier represents and warrants that they will produce and deliver Products or sub-assemblies in accordance with the requirements set forth by the RoHS European Directive (2002/95/EC), Restriction of Hazardous Substances. Logitech requires, and supplier takes the responsibility to ensure, that all Products and sub-Assemblies shipped after 31st December 2005 be RoHS compliant.
