Common use of Role of Labour-Management Committee Clause in Contracts

Role of Labour-Management Committee. The role of the Labour-Management Committee is to provide a forum for the Union and the University to communicate regarding issues in the context of Article 1. 01. The Committee shall not be used as a means to circumvent the Grievance Procedure as outlined in Article 10, but shall provide an opportunity to resolve any matters arising from the implementation and/or interpretation of the Collective Agreement, as well as other matters of interest to either party.
