Room Rentals. All receipts from guest room rentals and other suite revenues for the night in which the Cutoff Time occurs shall be split 50/50 between Buyer and Seller.
Room Rentals. All receipts from guest room rentals and other suite revenues for the night in which the Cutoff Time occurs shall belong to Seller, but Seller shall provide Buyer credit at Closing equal to the reasonable expenses to be incurred by Buyer to clean such guests’ rooms.
Room Rentals. One-half (50%) of the room rentals attributable to the night prior to the Closing Date shall be the property of Seller and the remaining one-half (50%) shall be the property of Purchaser. Room rentals attributable to any night prior to the night prior to the Closing Date shall be the property of Seller.
Room Rentals. In recognition of the cleaning costs to be incurred by Purchaser on the Closing Date, 50% of the room rental revenues attributable to the night prior to the Closing Date shall be the property of Sellers and the remaining 50% shall be the property of Purchaser (regardless of when the room rental is actually paid). Room rentals attributable to any night prior to the night prior to the Closing Date shall be the property of Sellers.
Room Rentals. The CITY will charge room rental for events catered by CATERER. CATERER may not assess any room rental fees. The CITY may charge a setup cost when catering services are not provided to a room, or when catering services are minor in relation to the cost of setting up the room.
Room Rentals. Seller shall be entitled to all guest room rental charges, public room rental charges, food and beverage charges and other charges and revenues derived from the operation of the Project ("Charges") for the period prior to the Closing Date. Purchaser shall be entitled to the Transferred Interest's Share of all Charges derived from the operation of the Project from and after the Closing Date. The owner of the Remaining Interest shall be entitled to the Remaining Interest's Share (as hereinafter defined) of all charges derived from the operation of the Project on and after the Closing Date.
Room Rentals. All accounts receivable of registered guests at the Hotel for the night in which the Cutoff Time occurs (the “Guest Ledger”) shall be shared equally between Purchaser and Seller as of the Closing Date. All accounts receivable of registered guests at the Hotel who have not checked out and were occupying rooms as of the Cutoff Time for the period up to the night prior to the night in which the Cutoff Time occurs, shall be allocated to Seller, but Seller’s share shall be reduced by applicable credit card and travel agent commissions allocable to Seller, which commissions are paid by Purchaser. All accounts receivable of registered guests at the Hotel who have not checked out and were occupying rooms as of the Cutoff Time for the night following the night in which the Cutoff Time occurs shall belong to Purchaser.
Room Rentals. All accounts receivable of registered guests for the night in which the Cutoff Time occurs (the “Guest Ledger”) shall be divided equally between Purchaser and Seller. All accounts receivable of registered guests at the Hotel who have not checked out and were occupying rooms as of the Cutoff Time for the period up to the night in which the Cutoff Time occurs, shall be allocated to Seller.
Room Rentals. Subject to availability and Landlord’s approval, which may be withheld in Landlord’s sole, subjective discretion, Tenant shall be entitled to rent rooms in the hotel portion of the Hotel for Tenant’s Gaming Customers at a rate equal to Landlord’s then current “rack rate” for the applicable room type on the day of occupancy. Tenant shall not charge a xxxx-up on such rooms or re-sell such rooms other than to Gaming Customers.
Room Rentals. Room rentals attributable to the night prior to the Closing Date and all nights prior thereto shall be the property of Seller. Room rentals attributable to the night following the Closing and all nights thereafter shall be the property of Purchaser.
