Room Vacancies. If the Resident is assigned to a Room where a vacancy exists in a double, triple or quad occupancy room, the Resident, together with other residents of the Room, must maintain the Room in a manner that would permit another resident to move in immediately and without prior notification. Failure to do so will result in an adjustment of the Resident’s Housing Costs to the single room rate for the Facility without movement to a single-occupancy room.
