Common use of Royal To Deal Directly With The Client Clause in Contracts

Royal To Deal Directly With The Client. (a) Royal will communicate requests for security, collateral and margin directly to the client, with a copy to the Referrer, if required by the Referrer. (b) All Transaction will be concluded directly between Royal and the Clients. (c) The Referrer is not granted authority to conclude any Transaction with the Clients on behalf of Royal. (d) Royal may take any action it deems necessary and proper on behalf of any Client’s account, without any notice to the Referrer, at Royal’s sole discretion and judgement, for the protection of the Client’s account. (e) Royal may take any action it is authorised to take under the Royal Client’s Agreement in respect of any Client’s account, without any notice to the Referrer, at Royal’s sole discretion and judgement, for the protection of Royal’s interests and rights.
