RULES AND CONDITIONS. 1. The Exhibitor agrees to comply with the terms of this agreement, as amended in accordance with its terms.
2. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Exhibitor acknowledges and agrees that the Exhibitor will comply with the following rules and code of ethics established or adopted from time to time by the Stampede:
a. the Stampede Agriculture General Rules & Conditions;
b. the International Association of Fairs & Expositions Code of Show Ring Ethics;
c. the Stampede Health Regulations (including, without limitation the Canadian Food Inspection Agency ("CFIA") regulations referred to therein);
d. any specific show rules of the Stampede relating to the Exhibition(s) entered by the Exhibitor;
e. any applicable sanctioning body rules and codes of conduct relating to the Exhibition, each as amended, restated or replaced from time to time (collectively, the "Rules").
3. The Exhibitor acknowledges that the Exhibitor has reviewed the current versions of the Rules.
4. The Exhibitor acknowledges that, to the extent that:
a. there are insufficient entries in an Exhibition, classes of competitors or exhibitors may be combined or a class may be cancelled; or
b. there are too many entries to be accommodated with respect to barn stalling capacity or otherwise, the number of competitors or exhibitors permitted to participate in the Exhibition may be limited, all in the sole discretion of the Stampede.
5. The Exhibitor acknowledges and agrees that the directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents and other representatives of the Stampede, its affiliates, its sponsors and the City of Calgary may enter Exhibitions as contestants or exhibitors from time to time.
RULES AND CONDITIONS. A. INTENDED USE: Residential use of our camp spaces is expressly prohibited. Temporary tarps and or canopies for shade will be allowed. No structures (including but not limited to patios, showers, decks etc.) may be built upon or moved on to the Camper’s space. You cannot dig holes into the ground or screw bolts into the cement. These are considered structures and are not permitted. Clotheslines must be completely attached to your RV, not to trees or other structures. Clotheslines are to be used for beach wear and towels only. Any vehicle encroaching on any other space shall be moved by Camper or it will be towed at camper’s expense. Campers will only be allowed one R.V. and two vehicles, including trailers and/or golf carts. Tents may accompany an R.V. for an additional tent space fee per night, in specifically designated areas. Only two motor vehicle passes per daily rental space will be issued. Visiting guests are required to pay the entrance fee for daily user pass. No overnight privileges allowed. Passes are non-interchangable, so choose wisely.

Renter(s) agree to comply with all conditions set forth on the attached “Dune Acres Clubhouse Instructions for Use.” Renter(s) and Sponsor agree that if they do not comply with said rules and conditions, and the Town incurs a cost due to the breach of conditions, it may apply the security deposit(s) to reimbursement of said costs.

B. CAMPER ACTIVITIES: Campers and their parties’ activities are restricted exclusively as overnight privileges. Campers must register before set up or occupying camping or RV sites. Camper and camper’s guests may not use camp space for any commercial type activities whatsoever including but not limited to sales of goods or services. (e.g. Selling Ice, Xxxxxx Services, Pet Grooming Services, Selling or Renting of RV’S, Massage Services) INITIALS
C. SOUND EQUIPMENT AND NOISE RESTRICTIONS: Radios, television or any other sound equipment and or electrical equipment should never be operated to the disturbance of others before 8:00 a.m. and after 11:00 p.m. Loud and/or disruptive noises, offensive or obscene language, or boisterous play in common areas is strictly prohibited. Campers must comply with the established policies of the Parks Department. Enforcement of said policies is within the discretion of the Parks Department. Gas or diesel powered generators are NOT permitted, except in the event of a power outage. Solar powered generators are permissible. INITIALS
D. PROPERTY STORAGE AND ABANDONMENT PROHIBITED: No camper’s or guest’s property shall be stored on Cameron County Park premises and may be removed by direction of the Parks Department at Camper’s expense. Whether leaving at the end of term or under evacuation or relocation orders, Campers shall remove all personal items from their allotted space. Cameron County and its Parks Department will not be responsible for items left behind. INITIALS

Your cooperation and adherence to these rules and conditions are necessary to maintain the park facilities in good condition for those patrons who rent the facilities after you and to keep reasonable rental rates. Failure to comply with these rules and conditions will result in additional charges as noted. An inspection of the premises will be made following rental. Charges for any damages, extra clean-up or extra labor are the responsibility of the party signing the rental agreement. Extra cleaning will be billed at the rate of $20 per hour with a minimum charge of $20. Below are some examples of rules violations that could result in additional charges.
RULES AND CONDITIONS. 4.1. Written Questions and Answers Proposers needing clarification of the requirements of this solicitation may submit questions to Siskiyou County. Refer to the Process Schedule for deadline requirements. All inquiries must be received no later than Date and Time as indicated on the Process Schedule, regardless of postmark. If the inquiries are faxed, then the time and date on the fax must not be later than the due date and time. Oral communications with Siskiyou County officers and employees shall be non-binding on the County and shall in no way excuse the Proposer of any obligations as set forth in this package.
