Rules for Omnibus Accounts and Risk. Acknowledgements The Customer acknowledges that it has been made aware of Rule 3.3.3 and Rule 3.3.21 of the Futures Trading Rules of the SGX-DT (the "Exchange") (as reproduced below) and undertakes to comply with such requirements as may be imposed by SFP in connection with an omnibus account for the purpose of ensuring SFP’s compliance with Rule 3.3.3 and Rule 3.3.21.
